How to Add a Crop Record

  1. Open the pasture.
  2. Navigate to the Crops section.
  3. Click Add Crop.
  4. Fill in the details:
    • Type — The type of crop (e.g., Bermuda grass, Fescue, Alfalfa, Winter wheat).
    • Amount — The quantity planted or planned.
  5. Click Save.

Editing and Removing Crops

  • Edit — Click on an existing crop record to update the type or amount.
  • Remove — Delete a crop record if it is no longer relevant.

Tips

  • Record crops each season. Keeping crop records current helps you compare forage availability across pastures.
  • Use consistent crop type names. Consistent naming makes it easier to search and compare across pastures.
