Editing a Pasture

You can update a pasture’s details, map boundaries, crops, and maintenance records at any time.

How to Edit a Pasture

1. Navigate to the Pastures screen.
2. Click on the pasture you want to edit.
3. Click Edit.
4. Update the fields you want to change:
   • Name — Rename the pasture.
   • Pasture Type — Change the classification.
   • Acres — Update the acreage.
   • Map boundaries — Redraw the pasture boundaries on the map.
5. Click Save.

Tips

• Update acreage if you subdivide. If you split a pasture, create a new pasture for the new section and update the acreage on both.
• Redraw boundaries as needed. If fencing changes, update the map to reflect the current layout.
